In September 2021, the Trust began funding Birtan Demirel to undertake postgraduate research at Oxford University. Birtan is conducting research into different aspects of transcranial brain stimulation in stuttering adults, which we hope will provide possible therapeutic interventions for adults who want to work on their fluency.
